SY Holdings Announces Business Upgrade and New Stock Short Name, Serving More Than 10,000 SMEs

On January 19, SY Holdings Group Limited (“SY Holdings” or the “Company”, stock code: 6069.HK) announced the change of its stock short name from “盛业资本” to “盛业” in Chinese and from “SHENGYE CAPITAL” to “SY HOLDINGS” in English, with effect from January 24, 2022. The stock code of the Company will remain unchanged as “6069”. The change of stock short name of the Company will not affect any rights of the existing shareholders.

 

The change of stock short name will help expand the capital market and partners' awareness of SY Holdings’ supply chain technology ecosystem, and create long-term value for all participants and stakeholders in the ecosystem. This is also part of SY Holdings’ brand upgrade. Shortly before that, the Company has officially rebranded to its new company name, using the brand image upgrade as a new starting point, with the removal of “capital” from its name, SY Holdings is no longer restricted by the labels of finance and capital, and will better focus on building a supply chain technology platform, create a smart supply chain service ecosystem with its digital intelligence technology, and empower more small, medium and micro enterprises (“SMEs”) with underserved funding needs.

 

Founded in 2013, SY Holdings became China’s first commercial factoring company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2017, providing inclusive financing services to SMEs.
